At the beginning of the game (opening film), sound works fine, but when the game officially begins (as we move already) can not produce sounds.

Install the game if you still have the same problem, try to know if the music is missing, or basic sound effects, or both.
Check) your hardware (sound card, the minimum requirements for the game corresponds to the network.
If still does'nt work ...
Try on another computer. If it still shows the same problem, replace then save the software.
